Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Channel Partner Manager to lead and expand our ecosystem of Regional System Integrators (RSIs), Global System Integrators (GSIs), and hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, GCP). This is a strategic, high-impact role focused on pipeline generation for the direct sales team, and on cultivating long-term, value-driven partner relationships.
The ideal candidate brings deep experience in infrastructure software or platform-based solutions and has successfully driven channel growth and co-sell initiatives in complex, enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as primary partner manager for RSIs in Europe, cultivating trusted, strategic relationships and enabling joint success.
- Share global responsibility for managing and growing relationships with GSIs and hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Build and execute joint business plans with partners that align with Akka’s go-to-market strategy.
- Drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline generation to fuel direct sales success.
- Collaborate with the direct sales, marketing, and technical teams to enable co-selling motions, campaigns, and solutions-based partner offerings.
- Evangelize Akka’s differentiated value proposition to partner executives, technical stakeholders, and partner sellers.
- Support onboarding, enablement, and ongoing engagement programs to ensure partner activation and growth.
- Track, report, and improve on pipeline contribution, deal velocity, and partner performance metrics.
- Be a strategic voice in shaping how Akka works with and grows its partner ecosystem.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in channel management within infrastructure software or platform-based sales.
- Demonstrated success driving pipeline and revenue through RSIs, GSIs, or hyperscaler partner ecosystems.
- Experience working across global markets and distributed teams, especially in the UK, Europe, and North America.
- Strong understanding of partner economics, co-sell motions, and joint go-to-market strategies.
- Self-motivated and entrepreneurial, able to independently lead partner initiatives and build momentum with minimal oversight.
- Strong proficiency in English (near-native speaker), with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Comfortable working in a startup environment, where agility and adaptability are key to success.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience managing alliances with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, including marketplace strategies and co-selling frameworks.
- Familiarity with AI/ML, distributed systems, or real-time data technologies.
- Prior experience in building a channel program from an early stage or rapid growth phase.
